Aromas of lemon grass, nutmeg and pink grapefruit. Medium-to full-bodied with a lovely core of apple and sliced pear. It fades slowly and elegantly through the finish. Harmonious feel to the palate. Drink or hold." (JS)
"The Trenton Roadhouse Vineyards sits at the top of a south-facing ridge, in fine-grained sandy Goldridge soil. The 2020 Chardonnay Trenton Roadhouse expresses a pleasant touch of reduction, with matchstick, white flowers, and tangerine, while the palate is dry, with orange pith, savory salinity, and mineral texture. Drink 2024-2032." (JD)

Green-tinged pale yellow. Delicately lifted aromas of newly blossomed citrus, fresh lemon curd and fine ground chalk with soil driven base underpinnings. Shares characteristics with the Hudson in the way it puts forth pretty, top note crowd-pleasing tones yet from a wine firmly rooted in its Russian River sandy soil heritage and of a different, slighter weight than it’s Carneros cousin. Complex expressions reminiscent of ripe yellow stone fruits and light first cut savory oils lead to a drawn-out ethereal finish. Delicious.
