We’ve found over the years that our spirit works particularly well in this type of cask, as the apple notes in our new make complement the vanilla flavours typically found in Bourbon barrels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"sqsrte-large preFlex flexIn\"\u003eThis whisky opens with flavours of almonds and rose petals on the nose, developing into a vibrant burst of apple blossom underpinned with white pepper and crisp pear on the palate.
