LiquorNearMe.com does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using this site you affirm that you are at least 21 years old. LiquorNearMe.com makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. By using this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from LiquorNearMe.com over the age of 21. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from LiquorNearMe.com is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with these conditions of use please do not use this site.

Shipping Department/Online Department:

At LiquorNearMe, customer service is our top priority. We strive to provide exceptional support to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. Our dedicated team is available during business hours, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM Pacific Time, to assist you with any inquiries or concerns you may have regarding your order. Kindly note that our in-store staff at any of our locations will not be able to assist you with any online orders unless it is for store pickup or local delivery.

Upon order placement, you'll receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your order. However, please be aware that order fulfillment is contingent upon product availability. Also, please note that we do NOT ship to any PO Box locations. Although we try our best to fulfill your order within 1-3 business days, please note that there are certain circumstances out of our control that may delay your order. Please note that products may be shipped from our various locations.

You will receive a tracking number or possible numerous tracking numbers to monitor your package's journey. Please ensure accuracy and completeness of your address details to avoid any complications during shipment. Please note that due to alcohol shipment regulations, once the carrier has your package, we can no longer change the address. If you decide to put your package on hold at a nearby carrier store, it will be the customer's responsibility to check with the carrier store that they accept alcohol shipments to hold.


If a product is returned to LiquorNearMe, you will receive a refund for the products only. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. Additionally, a restocking fee of 10% and a return fee of $15 will apply.


Certain products, such as wine, may be sensitive to weather conditions. During warmer seasons, LiquorNearMe recommends utilizing our express shipping options for wine shipments. Please be advised that while LiquorNearMe endeavors to store wines under optimal conditions, the taste and texture of older wines may naturally evolve over time and cannot be returned.

Cancellation Policy:

At LiquorNearMe, we understand that circumstances may arise which necessitate the cancellation of an order. Customers have up to 24 hours from the time of order placement to cancel their orders free of charge.

However, after the initial 24-hour period, cancellations may be subject to a 5% restocking fee. This fee covers any costs incurred in preparing the order for shipment and ensuring its timely processing.

We strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability, and we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to initiate the process.

Packaging Variation Policy:

At LiquorNearMe, we strive to provide accurate representations of our products, including their packaging, on our website. However, it's important to note that packaging may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Although we make every effort to update product pictures as frequently as possible, changes such as altered labels, removal of boxes, and other variations may occur at the discretion of our distributors or wholesalers.

We want to assure our customers that we ship products exactly as we receive them from our suppliers. To inform our customers of potential packaging variations, we include a notice on every product listing indicating that packaging may vary.

Protection Policy at Checkout:

Our packaging team at LiquorNearMe employs a practice of photographing each order prior to packaging, thereby ensuring the precision of the order's contents. This systematic approach serves the dual purpose of validating the condition of all items, including sealed products and packaging materials, and confirming the absence of any damage. Additionally, it serves as documentation to verify that the correct quantity of items has been prepared for dispatch.

At LiquorNearMe, we understand the importance of ensuring your purchases arrive safely and securely. That's why we offer a Protection Policy at checkout, automatically included in the 2% service fee. This fee is broken down into two components: 1% for protection and 1% for handling fees.

The protection component of this fee is designed to safeguard your order against any potential damage or loss during transit. We take great care to package your items securely, but in the rare event of mishandling by the carrier or other unforeseen circumstances, this protection ensures that you are covered.

The handling fees cover the costs associated with the careful handling and processing of your order, including packaging materials, labor, and other related expenses.

By including the Protection Policy in our service fee, we aim to provide peace of mind to our customers, knowing that their purchases are protected throughout the shipping process.

Packaging Protection Policies:

1. Our Package Protection service safeguards your order against loss, theft, or damage caused by the carrier after confirming these options with them. In the event of damage during the receipt of your order, the Package Protection company does require pictures and proof for possible reimbursement. Once proof is provided, LiquorNearMe very promptly collaborates with the company to address any issues. Like any other protection companies, please allow us 2-4 weeks for resolution.

2. Please be aware that damage to the box or seal caused by our protective packaging materials is not covered under our protection policy. Our primary intention is to ensure the safety of the bottle and its contents inside. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the packaging of a product, or if you require more information about our packing process, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. We're here to assist you and address any inquiries you may have. Although consumers may consider certain products as collectible items and would prefer having them in perfect condition, please understand that damages may occur to the boxes or labels during shipping, which is beyond LiquorNearMe's control.

3. Leakage of any ceramic bottles is not covered under our protection policy. Handmade ceramic bottles may exhibit variations, which can increase the likelihood of leakage during transit. While we take precautions to minimize this risk, it's important to understand that these variations are inherent to handmade items and are not covered under our protection policy. If you have any concerns about the packaging or potential leakage of a ceramic bottle, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance. We're here to address any questions or inquiries you may have regarding our packaging and protection policies.

4. In the event of leakage from bottles other than ceramic ones, please note that a full refund is not guaranteed. However, we understand the inconvenience this may cause and can offer some reimbursement for the affected items. While we take every precaution to ensure that our products are securely packaged to prevent leakage, occasional instances may occur. If you encounter leakage upon receiving your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance and also provide pictures of the leakage. Our team will work with you to address the issue and provide appropriate possible reimbursement for any affected items.

5. Orders damaged during transit that were insured with our partner, must send photos of the damaged goods within 24 hours of arrival to info@liquornearme.com. If this is not done, the coverage may not be honored.
