The 2017 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a light hay with lime green edges. Aromas of fresh green lime, lemon sorbet, crisp cucumber, hints of sea spray, lemongrass, wisteria blossom, pink peppercorn. The palate is characterized by fresh lemon and lime juice, passionfruit, green apple skin, nectarine, lemon curd, creamy and mineral, hints of iodine and Norfolk pine needle.

The winemakers recommend that the freshness of the wine is accentuated by chilli tempura prawns atop a green mango salad, scallop ceviche with lime aioli drizzle or lightly fried greek haloumi cheese nestled on a summer green salad.
