- 100% malted barley lightly peated to 10ppm
- Distilled twice in copper pot stills
- Aged 7 years in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels
- Pecans, stewed strawberries, allspice, and charred oak on the nose precede a spicy palate of clove, toasted black pepper, and vanilla bean; honey-drizzled peaches and grilled figs with a touch sea salt on the finish
