This first ever AD/ Tokaji Cask Release was made with 100% unpeated spirit matured in a combination of 28 Bourbon barrels re-racked in Tokaji casks and two fully matured Bourbon barrels. Yielding 8736 bottles.

Colour: Acacia Honey

Nose: Fresh pear and green apples, bamboo, cornflakes, sandalwood, sour apple sweets, baked banana. Bright combination of floral & funky.

Palate: Sugared almonds, nashi pear, sweet & salty popcorn, white pepper & mace, lemon pith, candied ginger, rose petals and pine wood.

Finish: Saline, spicy, balanced.

This whisky is bottled at 52% ABV.

Like all of our whiskies this AD/ Tokaji Cask Release, is un-chill filtered and natural colour.
