The true definition of whisky making – laid bare for drinkers and collectors – each single cask bottling is completely unique, not to be repeated.

BARLEY PROVENANCE
There is no rule that says Scotch distillers must use Scottish barley, but we do. Since 2016, all our barley is Scottish grown, meaning it is fully traceable – from farm to bottle. The only exception to our 100% Scottish barley rule is our biodynamic barley, sustainably grown at a carbon-positive farm in Wiltshire, England.
CASK SELECTION
Each cask is hand selected by Head Distiller, Adam Hannett, with the spirit matured and bottled exclusively on Islay.
UNIQUE AND UNREPEATABLE
Each single malt in the Micro Provenance series is unique. The cask type, barley varietal, ABV and vintage are specific to each cask, meaning each limited bottling can not be repeated.
NOTHING ADDED
The colour of our whisky comes only from the cask, with no artificial colouring added.
UN-CHILL FILTERED
We never chill filter our whisky, a purely cosmetic process that strips whisky of its natural oils that can cause cloudiness. We’d rather a slight haze in the glass than remove flavour and compromise mouthfeel.
