CAMUS XO is the result of a careful selection of some of our most aromatic eaux-de-vie maturing for at least 10 years in small oak casks. The distillation on the lees ensures a high concentration in esters, resulting in deep fruity aromas. The exclusive use of lightly toasted fine grain woods allows to preserve a perfect balance between these highly aromatic compounds and subtle tannins, ensuring a spicy freshness on the palate.
