Produced with fully mature blue agave, handpicked from the mineral-rich red clay soils of the Highlands in Jalisco, México. We cook the piñas in brick ovens for two days, then crush them in the tahona mill. The juice is naturally fermented and double distilled in copper alambique stills and laid to rest for 12 months in American white oak barrels. The finished Añejo is an all-natural, smooth, amber-hued spirit ready to be enjoyed.
