Produced from 50% Stainless Steel Fermentation, 50% Barrel Fermentation in partially new French oak, with partial malolactic fermentation, giving a creamy core to the fresh wine, enhancing the overall profile and lending notes of vanilla, toasted hazelnut, and spice.
