Part of the Ranch Reserve Series, Oloroso Sherry Cask Finished shows what happens when bold Texas bourbon meets the right finishing cask. We start with Garrison Brothers Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey, aged four years in new, toasted and charred white American oak in Hye, Texas. Then we move select barrels into Oloroso sherry casks from Spain for four additional years. The result is a richer, more structured expression that layers roasted nuts, dried fruit, and dry, savory depth onto the backbone of our bourbon without losing its natural strength. We taste month after month and bottle only the barrels that earn their place in Ranch Reserve.
