From our Barrel Finish Reserve, Mizunara Finished Wheated Bourbon brings together soft wheated bourbon and one of the world’s most distinctive oaks. Our sweet mash process creates a clean ferment and rounded character, built on a mash bill dominated by corn with wheat adding softness and body. 
Finished in rare Mizunara oak, this small batch of just 24 barrels is mellowed and refined. A smooth, quietly complex expression rooted in tradition and craftsmanship, it offers gentle spice and creamy sweetness with hints of toasted nut and dark coffee on the finish.
