This edition belongs to the third release from Hardin’s Creek® : an exploration of how a whiskey’s profile is profoundly influenced by differentiating front- end distillation parameters.
Using identical mashbills & fermentation processes, each expression showcases a unique target proof point for low wine distillation to shape the liquid’s foundational flavor profile.

TASTING NOTES
