This is a fun age-worthy white wine that really goes with any kind of occasion. The White geniusly combines 40-year-old Sauvignon Gris vines from near Saint-Émilion in Bordeaux with Vermentino from Minervois and 30-year-old Muscadelle from Gaillac just outside of Toulhouse. Pale gold, expressive muscat notes with grapefruit and pear, long-lasting aromatic support. An age-worthy white that’s still rocking with energy.
