Freddie Noe then builds upon that whiskey with three remarkable aged bourbons: 23-year-old Knob Creek Bourbon distilled under Booker Noe, 11-year-old Knob Creek Bourbon distilled under Fred Noe, and 9-year-old Baker’s Bourbon distilled under Freddie Noe.

The result connects the work of three generations of Beam Family distillers in a single bottle, with the exceptionally mature 23-year-old component representing some of the oldest whiskey ever incorporated into a Beam release.
