The diverse wood composition creates a complex ecosystem that continuously enhances the tequila’s richness as it evolves. Bottled at 45% ABV, Symphony Series No. 2 highlights the terroir of highlands agave, complemented by flavors derived from the barrels, including vanilla, coconut, fruits, and spices.
