NULU Whiskey Co. sources premium bourbon barrels and finishes them using a double-oaked aging process — first aging in new charred oak, then transferring the spirit to a secondary virgin oak barrel to deepen complexity and wood-driven character. This wheated 8 year bourbon emphasizes softer grain influence that balances spice and richness, catering to enthusiasts who appreciate nuanced, barrel-strength expressions.
