Due to the careful distilling process, Peerless® spirits are multi-dimensional in terms
of flavor. Single Barrel selections allow for concentration on a particular barrel’s
unique characteristics. Our team of distillers carefully hand select barrels that
highlight distinctive natural profiles to be offered in the Peerless® private Single
Barrel selection. Whiskey profiles of Peerless® caliber selections are compared one
by one. Once a barrel is chosen, it is bottled and prepared exclusively and given a
unique label. Each barrel typically yields 216 to 230 bottles. As always, Peerless®
spirits are bottled at barrel proof, so Peerless patrons experience the same robust
characteristics that were chosen specially for them.
