Buffalo Trace Distillery introduced a 100-proof version of Sazerac Rye, specifically designed for bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts, complementing its existing 90-proof and 18-year-old expressions.
        
The higher-proof rye retains the same “Kentucky-style” low-rye mash bill and is designed to enhance flavor, structure, and versatility in cocktails like the classic Sazerac.
