Named after seven famous spearsmen who fought at the legendary battle of Shizugatake, we think you’ll find this sake quite legendary itself. It uses Ginfubuki rice, which is a cross between the famed Yamadanishiki and Tamasakae, a variety local to Shiga Prefecture.
