The young Vincent Roussely is the 4th generation of his family to grow grapes and make wines from the limestone-rich soils of Touraine. Upon taking over the estate in 2001, Vincent immediately converted all the vineyards over to organics, and today, the estate's wines are better than ever.

His orange wine blends Sauvignon Blanc, Pineau d'Aunis, and Chenin Blanc, and all of the grapes saw an extended maceration (skin left with the juice). The finished wine is a great introduction to orange wine -- look for notes of orange zest, apricot, and citrus pith. Enjoy this unique wine with spicy Indian dishes.
