The Pulque Curado barrels were seasoned with Pulque fermented from agave and cured with both cacao and Mexican chili peppers to capture Xocolatl (pronounced 'sho-KO-la-tuhl') flavor alongside classic Rye strength and spice

 Feather & Flame alludes flavors forged in the fires of fermentation and The Boss Hog's ascent to new sensory heights,
crowned in pewter with a reimagined Aztec deity

NOSE: Caramel, dark chocolate and orange zest

PALATE: Bright citrus leads the way, balanced by soft oak and cocoa with a subtle earthy spice in the background
